Favorite pre-swim season workout: "I usually do Pilates," Ambrosio told me. "There's this place in L.A. called Pilates Platinum, and they have these reformers. It's not like classic Pilates, but you get a good workout and you burn a lot of calories. And I do like the Soul Cycle spinning classes. They're fun, it's 45 minutes, and you sweat like crazy."
