FAQ (PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER)
- How long will it take to receive my item if I order with free shipping?
Unfortunately, unless you choose Express shipping, I cannot guarantee that your item will get to you in shorter than 2 weeks, but usually, items get to customers in an average of 5 to 7 days. During the holidays, shipping and production time can take as long as 3 weeks.
Every item is hand-designed, then printed and shipped by a printing company, one at a time. This can be a lengthy process, and I like to give it 7 business days of processing time (to be safe). So, it could take about 10 days to 2 weeks for you to receive your item. If you haven't received your item in 2 weeks, please reach out to me. Likely, you will get your order MUCH MUCH faster than this.
But if you need something extra fast, it's probably best to buy from another shop who doesn't do each item one by one. Express shipping should get anything to you within the week.
- Can I cancel my order even though I just placed it?
You have until 9pm EST on the day you placed your order to cancel it. At 9PM eastern time, all my daily orders register with my printer, and the printing process begins. Once the printing process begins I have paid for the item and therefore cannot offer you a refund (because the printer will not offer me a reason.
For this reason, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE double-check all item information and descriptions before you place an order. If you have a question, please don't hesitate to ask me! I will get back to you quickly. Also, if you change your mind and need to cancel, DO NOT FORGET TO DO IT BEFORE 9PM EST!
Once the sweatshirt is printed it is automatically shipped to you and I cannot accept returns. So, if you have any questions at all, don't order before you ask.
