*New students are required arrive no later than 20 minutes before class start time to check-in at the front desk.* At Hot Yoga Chelsea, we believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age, body type, or experience level – it’s never too late to start your yoga practice. Our mission is to provide a genuine and fulfilling hot yoga practice that will contribute to your physical and emotional health. Hot Yoga Chelsea offers traditional Bikram-inspired Hot Yoga classes. Classes are either 60, 75 or 90mins long and are held in a large and clean yoga room that is heated to 105 Degrees. We also offer a unique Hot HIITⓇ class and Hot Vinyasa. Yoga has the potential to be a lifelong practice, especially when you are encouraged to come and just do the best that you can. Classes are led by professional certified yoga teachers and are suitable for beginners and advanced yogis. Everyone is encouraged to practice within their own abilities. Benefits include increased flexibility, balance, strength, better posture, elevated mood, detoxed skin, reduced back pain, weight loss and much more! We have been inspected and approved by the state of New York for cleaning and health guidelines and have gone above and beyond CDC, state, and federal cleaning protocols.
