Make your own Princess armored corset with this digital download from our partners The Feathered Hart and Downen Creative Studios! These templates are designed for Youth size (roughly 8 to 10 yr). This PDF digital download is packed with everything you need to create this costume bodice. We have included step-by-step instructions as well as a visual guide! This template includes the base corset (front and back), and the front and back corset details. Our Arm Band template is included. The skirt template, other armor pieces and shield templates are sold separately. Color print is better! We HIGHLY recommend that you print these templates in color for easier assembly. Color coding is definitely a big part of guiding you through the parts of this costume. Print at 100%, and if you can, print with very small borders or borderless. Template Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced RECOMMENDED MATERIALS YOU WILL NEED: BASE: Approx. 16” x 32” of high density 2mm foam. Ours was constructed using EVA 70 foam from TNTCosplaySupply.com. This comes in large sheets of 45” wide by 2.5 yards and is machine sewable. DETAILS: Approx. 5 to 6 sheets of 2mm craft foam in 11 x 17 size or adhesive backed foam of roughly the same size. This can be found at most craft stores or a selection is available at TNTCosplaysupply.com as well. OTHER MATERIALS - Thermoplastic such as Worbla, or a sturdy plastic such as plastic le folders for reinforcing. - Sharp utility knife with blade sharpener - Glue. We highly recommend Barge Contact Cement - 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 yard of stretch material, preferably black - 8 to 10 inches of 2 to 3 inch wide Nylon strapping - 4 to 6 strong snaps (either set in or sewable) around 1⁄2 inch wide - Pattern tracing wheel - Mod Podge matte sealant or Plastidip or both - Acrylic paints of your choice Resizing the corset: It is easier to take material away then it is to add it back on. Upsizing this pattern by increments of 5% on your photo copier will make all the measurements proportionally larger, but may aide in paring down to the measurements you need.

An order is for a pattern for your own personal use ONLY. By purchasing and downloading our pattern, you are agreeing to these license terms. If you are interested in selling finished items made from this pattern, please contact us IN ADVANCE.
