What are your shipping methods and costs?All our orders are being shipped and delivered by UPS. We offer UPS Express (2-4 working days) for a fee of USD 25.00. Free shipping applies to U.S. purchases that are over $180 USD. More details can be found here. How do I return a product I purchased?We offer FREE RETURNS within 14 days of your order delivery. Returns can easily be initiated here. A return label will automatically be generated for your convenience. Can I return used products? Please note that you will not be refunded when returning used products. All goods returned for refund must be unused with original packaging intact. Questions pertaining to late returns:Late return requests from Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions are accepted during the first 2 weeks of January of the following year. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition.All other non-holiday related late returns are subject for review and management’s approval.
