Our female strength training hour is open to girls ages 11 and up. This camp is a great opportunity to get a supervised, full body workout in the gym to improve strength and overall athleticism. Sessions include TRX body weight exercises that will progress to weighted training, plyometrics (jumps), core training and more. Lead coach Basia Drilling, a registered sports dietitian and Fortis gym operations lead, will run this program.
