Club Pilates provides small group and private training classes for reformer Pilates (equipment based pilates). They are a contemporary Pilates studio that incorporates TRX, Bosu, and more into our reformer Pilates classes.The Club Pilates team has more combined hours studying, training, teaching and practicing Pilates than any other Pilates studio in existence. It's not even close. And over that time, they have perfected a unique and proprietary approach to ensuring every Club Pilates member receives the finest training and most effective results.They call this approach the Club Pilates Method.Club Pilates has the widest array of classes available anywhere, designed to challenge students at every level and target exactly what you want to work on most.We recommend that all members that are new to Reformer Pilates begin theirPilates practice by taking about 20 Level 1 classes that can consist of acombination of Flow 1.0 and Center & Balance classes. You may incorporateLevel 1.5 classes when you feel ready, or can ask an Instructor for theirguidance.
