Marena is one of the best anf doctor's favorite post cirurgical bras in the market. I got this right after having me breast augmentation. it's confortable and adjustable specially after surgery. It does have washing stains that it won't wash off and the seam stitches are coming off on the left shoulder, but it still perfectly usable for along time.
