To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Place the perfect push-up handles on the ground about shoulder width apart. Step 2: Grab onto the handles with your palms facing back towards your feet and get into push-up position. Step 3: Lower your chest down and as you lower yourself down rotate the handles 180 degrees. Step 4: Push yourself back up to starting position and as you rise up rotate your handles back to original position as well. Step 5: This completes one repetition.
