Pilates straps, NOT "SLIMS", these are the regular width Pilates straps for those of you who want & will love their own set. These are the same measurements as Club pilates & Balanced body. Hygienic for individual training. Own your own loops for your Pilates training & know they are clean. Reduce contact with germs & sweat. With the bright colors & cool patterns, your pilates loops will be as unique as you. Double Loop Straps offer two rope length options without having to change straps on your Pilates Reformer. The longer one is for feet or thighs, the shorter for hands. The Double Loop Straps allow for quick maneuvering from leg to arm exercises on your Pilates Reformer Can be used with reformers, wall units, hand grips to help with Pilates, yoga or stretching. This is for 1 set of double loop padded Pilates straps (2 straps). The long loop is about 15 1/2" (not counting the d-ring). The short loop is 10" ( not counting the metal d ring) for the short loop. They are made with 1 1/2" wide cotton webbing. The fleece is extra thick for added softness. They are double stitched along the d-ring for added security. They are "x" stitched to reinforce seams on top. They have a 1 1/2" heavy duty d-ring on each. These can be used with reformers, wall units, hand held handles to help with pilates, yoga or stretching. They are washable but I suggest air drying due to heavy d rings. CARE INSTRUCTIONS for different style straps: Washing: wash by hand or in washing machine in warm or cool water. Fold d-ring down in front so it's against the cotton webbing. Wash with like colors. Note: Do not wash or dry with towels or other fabrics like that. The fleece will collect all the lint & make little balls attach to the fleece. Drying: Black cord loops - Dry on low heat. D-rings - Hang dry. D-rings are heavy & could put small dents in the inside of the dryer.
