5. If the design requires a custom name, initials, or number please REMEMBER to tell us in the ORDER COMMENTS.

Every item we make is made to order. This means that we will cut your design in the color and size you have chosen after you have placed your order. If you forget to specify a color choice, please contact me immediately via email.
Although we work very hard to ship the same or next day, it can take up to ten (10) business days for your order to be cut and shipped out depending on the number of orders we are processing. Please be assured that we will do our best to get your order completed and shipped as quickly as possible.
