-11" x 11" square piece of lining fabric

-1/4 yard frosted organza for the collar or
-a stiff, sheer fashion fabric
-Matching thread
-3/4" belt buckle (or 3/4" fashion button)
-1.25 yards 5/8" satin ribbon for belt
-Lite Steam a Seam 2 for hem
-Embellishments: ribbon, beads, bows, roses
-Fabric marker
-Optional: fabric glue

-4 way stretch fabric 16" x 8" (fabric must stretch vertically and horizontally)
