I think this sweet dress is silk, the skirt lining certainly is.
The dress has no labels, is well made, has a plunge neckline with a pleat ruffle around the sleeveless edge and a double row along the neckline which is very low cut. The wide waist band has a lace up at the front, the skirt section gathered and reaching below the knees.
