How To Use:
Wash your feet with soap and leave them to soak in warm water for at least 10 minutes.
Air dry or lightly pat your feet dry with a towel.
Apply a hydrating moisturizing cream or lotion to your feet.
Wear the gel socks for 30-60 minutes, 3 times per week. Daily use is recommended for the best results.
