Two strand nylon twist braids, matte lolly pink colour.
As a rough guide (will vary according to length/number of hair plugs):
25 grams/0.88 oz - My Little Pony, Barbie and similar size heads (waist length hair)
50 grams/1.76 oz - Monster High or Ever After High size heads (waist length hair)
You may find you use a little more or a little less depending on technique, number of plugs and length, for longer hair you will need to approximately double the above amounts
Use a larger size needle for rerooting braids - a #1 is recommended but care needs to be taken to prevent scalp splits - every second or third plug on the hairline is all you should need to fill

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FIBRES?
Saran - slightly waxy and heavier fibre, perfect for straight styles, low tolerance to heat, only one "grade" and manufacturer so quality the same across the board
Nylon - many different manufacturers and grades so quality can differ, lightweight and smooth, easy to curl, higher tolerance to heat than saran
Synatra - heavier than nylon, non-waxy, easy to style and holds a curl supremely well, medium heat tolerance, exclusive to customdollhair
