Made by Caressable [sic] Bra by Empire Foundations, the full lace panties have a strong lycra girdle-like, wide waistband that will definitely hold you in. The panties are not stretchy, but made of sheer nylon lace with elastic at the leg openings giving them a bit of "bloomers" flavor. There are two adjustable elastic garters on each leg with a leather and plastic button closure.
They're labeled a size 24" waist, but please go by the measurements below for best fit. They're in fantastic condition, with no issues that I can see- they look like they came straight out of the box!
